  I passed the first time around!! Obviously it's natural to be skeptical about anything. I met Chanda Davis!! My life changed, plain and simple. Getting off a third shift job coming to a class that was full of real life stories and energetic vibes, I was able to focus, learn, and retain all the information. Chanda is attentive, entertaining, and very knowledgeable. There is no monetary value on her dedication to making sure you pass. This class was worth every dime. I am a graduate of Superior School of Real Estate, Your Real Estate Lady!

  Miss Davis is an absolute phenomenal teacher of real estate. Her background in education allows her to be interactive and relatable to all of her students. I thoroughly enjoyed her school, classes, teaching style, support, and her motivation. She is 1000% committed to making all of her students achieve and pass the state real estate exam. Her presentation along with my preparation and hard work allowed me to pass my test the first time with flying colors. anyone that is looking to get into real estate you must attend superior school of real estate by Chanda Davis!
