- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Wow, bad service followed by followed by bad service. I just cancelled my car insurance policy. It all started when I had to talk to the claims adjuster and he was downright rude. No wait, it all started when the agent didn’t call me for 2 years and then had an office person call and ask me to come it to talk to him.
