- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My experience at the Huntsville, AL location was horrible. We went in on Wednesday, July 19, 2017. The worker was late to arrive and open the office. Then she was lazy and incompetent and did not want to do her job. She refused to even try to give us a loan even though my income was more than sufficient. Apparently her manager was extremely incompetent as well. But before she decided to not make any kind of effort to give us a loan, she made us sit and wait while she helped the person who was in line BEHIND us!
